• Potentia Parfums aims to provide our customers with great fragrances with the highest quality of ingredients in addition to providing our customers with an enjoyable and efficient shopping experience. Our policies are aimed at being fair and transparent to facilitate your experience with our brand and company.

 

NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED

• It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with this policy. By placing an order for any of our products, you indicate that you have read this policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this policy.

• Once the order fulfilment team starts to process the order placed by the customer, the order cannot be cancelled and a refund cannot be processed.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS

• We ensure that our products leave our warehouse in appropriate packaging and are aimed at reaching the buyer in the best possible condition. However we cannot control how international customs check the item, and therefore are not responsible for any checks undertaken by customs departments internationally.
